– As each pair takes time to make from sourcing materials to handcrafting them from start to finish, we do not accept rush orders for this.
– As much as we would love to deliver your shoes as soon as possible, please know that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (for example: materials shortage, production issues, etc.) may happen and may extend our standard lead time.

*Kindly note that we do have a lead time of 4-8 weeks from preorder placement. This includes sourcing each material that will be used to craft the pair, handcrafting by our shoemakers, refining , and quality check. Specifications:
– 1 size down if slim and/or half size. For example, if you’re a size 5.5, you should get size 5. If you’re a size 9 and have slim feet, get a size 8. If you like a snug fit, size down as well.
