Do you accept returns and exchanges?
- We do accept returns and/or exchanges under reasonable conditions.
- Kindly note that a change of mind does not entitle the customer to an exchange and/or refund, absent any defect in the items.
- Do not forget to double check and make sure that your order is final before you check out. If you have any questions about style, size, etc., feel free to message us on Instagram first. We’d be happy to help!
- All return and exchange requests shall be sent to us within seven (7) days after the item was delivered. After the mentioned period, all sales are considered final.
- The items should be unused, in the same condition as when they were delivered, and with original packaging.
- The shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange items that do not fit?
- Pairs bought in the wrong size may be exchanged, but not refunded.
- In case the correct size for the initially chosen design is not available on-hand, the customer may choose from other on-hand pairs and settle additional payment for the price difference if any.
Can I return or exchange items bought on sale or at a discounted price?
- On-sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- In case the on-sale item does not fit, you may opt to return and exchange it with another on-hand pair and settle additional payment for the price difference.
Can I return or exchange custom-made items?
- As custom-made items are hand-crafted to meet a customer’s specific needs and preferences, they can neither be returned nor exchanged.
My item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. What should I do?
- In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize! Of course, you shall have the option to have it exchanged or refunded, and we will take care of all shipping expenses.
I want to have my item exchanged. How do I check what styles, sizes, and colors are available?
- Please choose a replacement from our on-hand items linked here.
How do I request for return or exchange?
- All items for return and/or exchange shall be sent directly to our warehouse only. We do not accept drop offs at our mall locations.
- Ship out of items to be returned shall be arranged by the customer.
- Pick up of replacement items may be arranged by us or by the customer.
- Ship out / pick up may be through same day delivery (via Grab, Lalamove, etc.) or standard couriers (via LBC, JNT, Gogo Express, etc.)
- Exact location and schedule for pick up and delivery shall be discussed via Instagram direct message.
How do we arrange pick up and delivery of items for return or exchange?
- All return or exchange items should be sent directly to our warehouse only. We do not accept drop offs at our mall locations.
- For your convenience, we may be the one to book pick-up and delivery.
- Exact locations and schedule for pick up and delivery shall be discussed via Instagram direct message.
How will refunds be processed?
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible via online transfer, after we receive the returned item/s.
