Pre-Order | Order Process, Shipping & Delivery

Cut-off for pre-orders is on the 5th day of every month. Pre-orders checked out on the 6th day onwards shall be included in the next month’s batch of pre-orders.
Orders will be shipped within the first to second week of the month.
For example, a pre-order checked out on January 5 will be shipped out on the first to second week of February.
This may take longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Once a pre-order has been placed and payment has been made, a change of mind and/or sudden change in schedule does not entitle the customer a refund as long as within the 7 weeks lead time from the date of purchase.

We ship via Gogo Express with a flat rate of Php 150.
For Metro Manila, expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after ship out.

We ship via Gogo Express, LBC, or J&T with a flat rate of Php 230.
For Luzon provinces, expect your order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after ship out.
For Visayas and Mindanao, expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after ship out.

These lead times exclude weekends and holidays.
Meraniel shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier.
As much as we would love to deliver your shoes as soon as possible, please know that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (for example: materials shortage, production issues, etc.) may happen and may extend our standard lead time. In case this happens, we will make sure to inform you right away.
If your purchase is time-sensitive (for example: planning to wear them for an upcoming wedding) we would recommend for you to choose from our ON-HAND pairs instead.
