Pre-Order | Order Process, Shipping & Delivery

Our usual lead time is 4-8 weeks from pre-order placement on the site.
Pre-orders will be shipped out as soon as they are finished and have passed our quality checks. We will always update a day before ship out.
For now, we do not provide a weekly update due to volume of pre-orders.
This may take longer than usual due to the handcrafted custom nature of your pair but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Once a pre-order has been placed and payment has been made, a change of mind and/or sudden change in schedule does not entitle the customer a refund as long as within the 8 weeks lead time from the date of purchase.
Kindly note that lead time maybe extended due to acts of god such as intense rains and storm that may lead to flooding in our area. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times.

We ship via Gogo Express with a flat rate of Php 150.
For Metro Manila, expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after ship out.

We ship via Gogo Express, LBC, or J&T with a flat rate of Php 230.
For Luzon provinces, expect your order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after ship out.
For Visayas and Mindanao, expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after ship out.

These lead times exclude weekends and holidays.
Meraniel shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier.
As much as we would love to deliver your shoes as soon as possible, please know that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (for example: materials shortage, production issues, etc.) may happen and may extend our standard lead time. In case this happens, we will make sure to inform you right away.
If your purchase is time-sensitive (for example: planning to wear them for an upcoming wedding) we would recommend for you to choose from our ON-HAND pairs instead.
